"The Glyde Inn restores our faith in quality pub food offering good value and good service"
- RTE Radio 1 (Tourism week)

The pub was established in 1770. The proprietors today are Paul and Ann O'Neill, who have built up the business since 1976.

The bar has maintained its original authentic Irish look, untouched and unhurried by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Traditional Irish music is held regularly in the lounge attracting young and old for some craic agus ceoil.
