Annagassan was the capital of Ireland in Viking Times, and a new virtual reality experience at The Glyde Inn takes you back there through the eyes of ‘Bjorn the Bear’. Afterwards, enjoy a seafood banquet featuring the very best seasonal local seafood, such as Annagassan razor clams, Whole Clogherhead Langoustines, Carlingford mussels, Carlingford oysters and much more washed down with a taster of our own Viking Beer all while sitting on own specially commissioned Viking Boat table.
Minimum people will be 6 and max is 30 people. The price is €65 per person which includes a An immersive Virtual Reality experience of Linn Duachaill Viking Site in Annagassan in 841AD when Annagassan was the capital of Ireland. Beorn the bear will be your guide on this journey. This will be followed by a Viking seafood feast washed down with a taster of our own Linn Duachaill Irish Pale Ale or Stameen Farm Apple Juice all served on our Viking Table.
